Mostly done with ch4pt2

NOTE: HTML validation returns an error from "element a must not appear as a descendant of the button element"
However, #4 of our assignment pdf specifically states to have a dummy link as part of the button.

Only leaving the invalid html because that's what the assignment asks for. Otherwise I'd fix it.
