Was not sure if this was necessary in DivAlg.c, now that Main.c is
no longer committed. Readded include in header, just incase.

If this is not desired, simply go back to previous commit instead.

No longer shows debugging information.

Not sure if program can read in 16bit values though.
Also output is very ugly. Still has a lot of testing/debugging output.

Probably works with all but hex now?
Mostly only tested on binary thus far.
