Not the prettiest solution, but at least it's functional no matter what now. Not sure how else to fix without overhauling the entire navigation css again.

Needs more work, particularly regarding front page responsiveness. Will work on tomorrow.

Content files are now generally more consistent. Larger sections now get their own separate file. Also changed "Alumni Form" specific css into a "Generic Form" css. So far as I can tell, these changes don't negatively affect any other forms on the site (user account, etc), that I've seen.

Needs "Days Until" improved. Are we supposed to transfer the visual over from the old site?

This is now handled through the banner. These css blocks no longer did anything (that I'm aware of).

News page css is put in its own css file, as the "general content" css file is getting rather crowded. I specifically switched to sass to avoid crowding of a single file (on that note, should all content sections perhaps have their own css file? Would that work better?) It works functions on mobile devices now, but I'm not sure I like having the month selection underneath the article. I'm just not sure how to move it above the article and still make sense, given how much each month varies in size. Also not sure if I like the box shadow effects or not. I left them in, but feel free to remove them if anyone deems it better without.
