News page css is put in its own css file, as the "general content" css file is getting rather crowded. I specifically switched to sass to avoid crowding of a single file (on that note, should all content sections perhaps have their own css file? Would that work better?)

It works functions on mobile devices now, but I'm not sure I like having the month selection underneath the article. I'm just not sure how to move it above the article and still make sense, given how much each month varies in size.

Also not sure if I like the box shadow effects or not. I left them in, but feel free to remove them if anyone deems it better without.
